Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will have a cocktail attire dress code. Please no jeans. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or dress shirt. Ladies, a cocktail dress or dressy separates are great. The ceremony location will be in a grassy field and a short walk from the parking area and there is gravel scattered throughout the venue. Please keep these considerations in mind when choosing footwear.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we want to ensure you have enough time to park, walk to the ceremony site, and find your seat. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, we ask that you please wait until the ceremony concludes before entering. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the flow of the event.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP via our website no later than March 1st. If you are unsure how to RSVP through the website, feel free to contact the Mother of the Bride, April Lefever at 614-378-5414, or the Matron of Honor, Mariah Nichols at 740-395-3801 for assistance. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are located at the same venue, however, the ceremony will be in a grassy field which is a short walk from the parking and reception location. For our guests who have trouble walking or need accommodations, the venue will be providing a golf cart to shuttle to and from the locations.

Do you have a wedding Registry?

Answer

Yes we do! Please, do not feel obligated to get us anything, as your presence on our big day is enough! However, if you still would like to get us something, please see the "registry" tab.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to allow everyone to bring a date, our venue is limited with space. If your date is on our guest list, when you RSVP their name will be associated under your RSVP. Please fill out their information as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Similar to our guest/ date accommodations, if your child/ children are not associated with you under your RSVP we kindly ask you enjoy a mom and dads date night out!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the "travel" tab for further information This will assist you in recommendations specifically from our venue's owners who know the area best. There will be a discounted rate at the Fairfield Inn in located close to our venue.
