The classic story of a Citadel boy falling for a Charleston Cougar. We met in 2020 during COVID-19 college lockdown via Bumble! Our conversations from the start were hilarious and full of excitement. Our first date was at the collegiate favorite Rio Chico Mexican restaurant, and it was love at first laugh. We would continue to date in the Charleston area until Hannah graduated and shortly later, left to travel abroad in Europe. While Hannah was fine dining and enjoying the old world, Sean had one more semester at the "Prison on The Ashely". We would continue doing long distance even after Hannah returned from Europe, because shortly after graduating, Sean began his 7 month long training for the Secret Service. Does distance makes the heart grow founder...Yes! Hannah would visit Sean in New Mexico, enjoying time as cowboy and cowgirl sight-seeing all New Mexico has to offer. Later, Hannah would visit Sean in DC job scouting and experiencing what Sean's new world is like. Luckily, Hannah found Tuckernuck! Her big girl city job as a production stylist working in a big fashion studio. Finally, the long distance was over, Hannah moved to DC and the two lovers could enjoy each others company with ease! Life moved fast and was good until...it was great! After dating for almost 4 years, Sean asked Hannah to marry him in Oldtown Alexandria (a favorite spot of the two lovers). Immediately after proposing, Sean and Hannah headed off to Europe to spend their "engagement-moon" with Hannah's family in Germany and Poland. Throughout our time together, we have pushed each other to become better people, strengthened our careers, and most importantly put each other first so our determined love could persevere.
