FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jacqueline Isler and Anthony Catalanotto
We’ve put together answers to some common questions to help you prepare for our special day and make your trip to Miami as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out to us anytime!
Question

What’s the dress code for the events?

Answer

We’ve included attire suggestions for each event on the website under the “Schedule” section! Think Miami-elegant: bright, bold, breathable, and classy.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have listed our reception hotel as well as nearby hotel options on the “Travel” page. We do not have a hotel room block for our wedding. Guests are welcome to block accommodations at any nearby hotel of their choice.

Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or Miami International (MIA) — check the “Travel” page for details.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the airport?

Answer

Since many of our guests will be staying and coming from all different areas, we will not be providing transportation to/from the airport. We highly suggest using Uber or Lyft, which continually operate at both FLL and MIA with designated rideshare areas.

Question

Is transportation provided between events?

Answer

Everything is within walking distance or easy rideshare range in South Beach. No transportation is needed between events. For guests who choose to stay at The Betsy, the reception is conveniently located on hotel premises.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The NY ceremony will be indoors at St Pius X RC Church in Plainview. The Miami reception will take place indoors at The Betsy Hotel, with outdoor access.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Miami in July is typically hot!!!! with daytime temperatures averaging between the mid-80s and low 90s (°F). It can get humid, and there’s always a chance of a brief afternoon shower or storm, so we recommend light, breathable clothing and maybe a small umbrella just in case.

Question

What if I can’t attend the Miami celebration?

Answer

We'll also be having a church ceremony in New York to officially exchange vows — a great option for those who can’t make it to Florida.

Question

I have a food allergy and/or dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please note on your RSVP card and/or online if you have any dietary needs so we can be sure to accommodate you!
