"Every heart sings a song incomplete until another heart whispers back"

Lauren grew up in North Jersey - saying things like "down the shore" - and never imagined meeting her future husband in South Jersey - someone who calls it "pork roll." Lauren moved to South Jersey in her college years, attended Stockton University, and got a job at the Rifici family restaurant. Here, she met Jason, who worked as a server on the weekends while having a full-time job as an electrician. They worked side by side as friends for a while, until the 2020 pandemic shut down the restaurant for several months. Thanks to a very busy post-pandemic summer, and some good friends & family, the two began to bond over work stories and late-night summer fun. After about a year, they moved into their new apartment and started the beginning of a life together. There were some good times and some hard times - job changes, life challenges, and losing both of their best pup friends - Jay & Chiquito - but they made it through together. They created a side business watching dogs, moved forward in their careers, discovered new things about one another every day, and learned how to support each other through life's circumstances. Three years later, they moved into their beautiful house. A year later, Jason proposed in their favorite spot to visit together - Hammondsport, NY on Keuka Lake - a place that will always hold a special space in their hearts. At the end of each day, they are grateful for each other & each other's families - and they cannot wait to celebrate their forever with all of you! Cheers to the future! - Lauren & Jason
