The ceremony will be held outside with the reception following in an outdoor ballroom which will be temperature controlled.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, the Shuttle will make two trips from The Holiday Inn to the venue and then two trips back from the venue to the hotel. Shuttle will depart the hotel at 4:00pm & 4:30pm and will depart from the venue at 10:15pm & 10:45pm.
