Question

How and when do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab at the top and type in one of the names listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before May 3rd. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you to still let us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a “no” as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors after this deadline- you will be missed!

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Ladies can wear floor length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses, also you can wear jumpsuits as well! NO white or yellow dresses please! Gentlemen please no jeans.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy with our closest family and friends. We hope you’ll understand that invitations are extended only to those named. When you RSVP you will be able to type in your plus one if you have one available.

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! All we ask is to turn your phone on silent.

Where will the ceremony and reception be?

Answer

The ceremony will be held inside the venue! No need to travel in between! Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors at the same property on the lower level.

What if i’m late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting prompt at 3:30 PM. We recommend guests arrive between 3:00 PM and 3:25 PM so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, please do NOT walk down the aisle, but instead walk on the outside of the benches and find a seat.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely. We have a hotel block reserved and there will be transportation during the reception to the hotel.

Where can I stay at after the reception?

Answer

We reserved blocks at the Hancock Hotel in Findlay, Ohio. You MUST call or book online to reserve your room BEFORE May 13, 2026. Guests can call this number directly at 567-271-0017 to make a reservation or follow these instructions to book. Wedding Block Online Booking: Go to https://www.hancockhotel.com/ Enter your Check In and Check Out Dates, Number of Adults & Children and click on ‘Check Availability’ On the next screen, where it says ‘Have a Promo or Group Code? Enter it now’ Click on ‘Enter it now’ and place the code “KWB119” in the ‘Group Code’ box and hit ‘Update’. The discounted rates will then be listed.
