WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

It all started in 1999 when Ryan and Lindsay started school at Concordia Lutheran Grade School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Their mothers had started playing euchre together in a card club the previous year so they knew of each other but didn't officially meet until they started Kindergarten. They continued school together through 8th grade in a small class of 50 students. From acquaintances… to cooties… to friends… Ryan and Lindsay did not make this story easy to write and were not high school sweethearts. Life took them on separate paths to different high schools and colleges. In the end, God brought them back together during their senior year of college. It was the first time during their 4 years that Purdue’s Grand Prix and IU’s Little 5 weren’t on the same weekend. Because of this, Ryan decided to visit Purdue for Grand Prix to see friends. During his time at Purdue, he reached out to Lindsay to meet up. Despite the rivalry between their favorite teams, the rest was history. After countless weekends traveling back and forth to different states to see each other during their long distance relationship, life finally brought them together in Chicago. Lindsay spent a few anxious months after being in the same city wondering Ryan’s plan, but Ryan eventually proposed to Lindsay on November 23rd, 2019. They are forever grateful God brought them back together at Purdue (the better school ;)) and can’t wait to start their lives together as Mr. and Mrs. Beck! Ryan and Lindsay are very excited to celebrate their “big day” back where they first met with all their family and friends on October 3rd, 2020!
