Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Those listed on your RSVP will be invited to join us. If 'and guest,' is included, we are delighted to have them celebrate with us as well! We are unable to extend plus-ones unless noted on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please note that our celebration will be an adults-only affair.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-tie formal attire. Men are expected to wear a black blazer and women are expected to wear a long black gown. To match the elegance of the venue and wedding design, we are politely requesting that all guests adhere to the dress code. Black-tie dress code is a formal evening attire standard requiring men to wear a black suit or tux and formal shoes, while women typically wear a full-length, black evening gown or an elegant, black cocktail dress. Color outside of black is not permitted, although men may wear a white button-down dress shirt under their suit jacket.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 15, 2026.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive early enough to enjoy the venue scenery, grab a drink, and take a seat no later than 4:15 pm.

Question

Can I bring my phone or camera?

Answer

We invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. We want our guests to relax and enjoy the moment with us, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until after our ceremony completion. We have the best photographers and videographers in the industry to capture all the moments.

Question

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

Valet parking will be provided at The Global Ambassador courtesy of The Baxters. Upon arrival, please let Valet know you are attending The Baxter Wedding.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. Dinner and reception will follow and take place indoors.

Question

Should I attend the Brunch and Pool Party?

Answer

This event is meant to be relaxing and fun! We wanted to continue the celebrations while having access to The Global Ambassador's 5-star amenities. Access to the pool will be for our guests choosing to book a room at The Global Ambassador. Please note the restaurant and bar will be room charge or credit card.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Let's raise a glass to the weekend ahead! If you are in our Wedding Party, please plan to attend Rehearsal and dinner on October 9, 2026. Detailed information will be communicated to you directly.
