To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 15th, 2025, if we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no.' We need to provide the venue with the total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand.
Our ceremony starts at 3:30 PM, so we ask that everyone be at the ceremony site and seated by 3:00 to ensure nothing is missed and everyone has a seat. Please be no later than 3:15. Due to the logistics of our ceremony site, if you happen to be running late please do not enter the ceremony site until the bride has entered and made it down the isle.
The wedding is semi-formal, so we encourage you to wear cocktail attire/"Sunday best." Your outfit does not have to be red carpet worthy, but please dress for the weather, as our ceremony will be outdoors. Please avoid white and burnt orange as much as possible!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one it will be attached to your name when you RSVP! If you were not allotted a plus one please respect our wishes of keeping the wedding intimate with our closest friends and family. Please reach out if you feel that we have missed someone on our RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
We will have a cash bar stocked with many different drink options and bartenders for the night. Please prepare for the bar to be CASH ONLY. With the availability of liquor at the wedding, please plan accordingly to ensure you make it home safely. We are in a rural area with limited access to services such as Uber. Soda and other beverages will be provided by the bride and groom. Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed on property at our venue.
Parking will be onsite. Handicap parking will be available in limited quantities; however, there will be access to a shuttle to our ceremony site and back to the barn for our reception. Parking attendants will be in the lot starting an hour before the wedding ceremony.
The ceremony will be outdoors in a beautiful woodland area, followed by the reception in a non-climate-controlled barn. With this being said, please dress in clothing that will be warm/cool enough for you in accordance with the weather! Our ceremony site is on mulch, so please keep this in mind with your decision.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer/videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!
We have a registry on this website and Amazon with items we would love to have. As well as this, we ask that you think of ideas for "experience" gifts. This could include memberships, gift cards for outings, or ideas for date nights for the newlyweds with cash/gift cards. We sincerely appreciate any gift we may receive and appreciate your presence on this special day!
Please visit the "Travel" section of this website for hotel information. We do not have a hotel block, but there are 4 great choices for hotels only 10 minutes away from our venue! Please note that after 7 pm, music will contain language that may not be suitable for some guests and children. Please note that our ceremony, although outside, will be smoke and vape-free. Please keep a good distance from other guests if partaking in these items. The reception will be smoke and vape-free as well, with smoking areas being outside, away from the barn and patio. Please follow these rules so our special day can go smoothly!
