Question
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love our guests to dress in "Semi-formal attire" This sits comfortably between cocktail attire and casual. It’s a chance for guests to dress up without needing a tuxedo or a ballgown. Think of it as “dressy casual” — an elevated version of your everyday work outfit. Options may include suits, dressy jumpsuits, pantsuits, or simply a button-up with slacks. Above all though, we want our guests to be as comfortable as possible, while still dressing appropriately. If "semi-formal" is something you absolutely cannot do, we just ask for no Jeans or tee-shirts.

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
The weather in Green Bay in July is pleasantly warm and breezy, with average highs of 80°F (27°C) and lows of 63°F (17°C).

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Answer
All events will be held at Black Sheep Weddings and Events. The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor garden; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors with the outdoor space still available.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the wedding party and immediate family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can spend their time at the venue where there will be outside lawn games and beverages served during a cocktail hour.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?
Answer
Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
There is a large, paved parking lot onsite that hold 170+ vehicles. Stay tuned for possible shuttle information!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event, with the exception of a few select children (our children, wedding party etc) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before June 12th, 2025. You can simply RSVP right here on our wedding website!

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes! Both parts of the venue are wheelchair accessible.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
Answer
After the wedding ceremony, we invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktail.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
Dinner will be served buffet style. The menu will be some of our favorite offerings from Parker Johns.
Question
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
Answer
All offerings by Parker Johns are gluten free, with the exception of the mac and cheese. There will also be vegetarian items. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions not mentioned here!

Where are you registered?
Answer
We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items that could use replacing in our home. A link to our wedding registry can be found here soon!
