What is the dress code?

Cocktail/semi-formal attire is preferred, but wear what you're comfy and ready to dance in! Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suit/sport jackets, and slacks.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors — all at the same venue! If we get rain, we have an indoor ceremony space we can use for everyone to stay dry. October in Michigan can either be a random heat wave or the early signs of winter, so keep an eye on the forecast closer to the date!

While we love kiddos, this will be an adults-only affair due to the limited capacity of our venue. We hope that you can sneak away for a date night, and we appreciate your understanding!

Visit our travel page on the website for all travel-related questions! Typically, for those coming from Midwest states, driving is a more convenient option. Otherwise, check out South Bend or Grand Rapids airports for flights, or consider a train into St. Joseph. (Seriously! It's cool!)

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the ceremony, since they'll close off the entrance when the ceremony starts.
