FAQs

FAQs --- additional questions, please reach out.
Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

To ensure we have the correct headcount for our vendors, please RSVP no later than April 1st, 2027. Anything after this date may not be honored as the head count will be affected.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 3:00 pm. To ensure you don't miss any of it, we suggest arriving between 2:30 pm and 2:50 pm. The bar will be open to guests AFTER the ceremony.

Question

Are plus ones allowed?

Answer

Due to limited space, plus ones are allowed if specified when you RSVP. Please respect our decisions and refrain from bringing an uninvited guest.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside. The venue is located in a refurbished barn with AC. Walking areas will include wooden floors, gravel, and grass. Please wear shoes that accommodate (consider a pair for dancing!). Please refrain from wearing white, eucalyptus green, or burgundy unless spoken to, as these are the colors of our wedding parties.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceramony?

Answer

While we love your enthusiasm, this will be an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from having your cell phone or cameras on or out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographers will be getting all the wonderful shots! Once cocktail hour begins, you are more than welcome to take photos. Please refrain from and respect our wishes of posting to social media, anything other than the dancing, until the bride and groom get a chance to.

Question

Is parking provided?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot to the side of the venue that will have assistance if needed.

Question

Are there mobility restriction accomidations?

Answer

For those with mobility restrictions, a chair lift is available to access the main level of the barn, as well as a golf cart and the option to drive up the hill for a deck entrance.

Question

Is there a registry / Should gifts be brought to the venue?

Answer

Your presence is a gift enough to us! We do not expect guests to bring gifts, but if you would like to, a registry is available through our website as well as an Amazon wishlist, listed below. If you decide to gift the bride and groom (many thank yous from the B&G in advance), you are welcome to bring the gift to the wedding or have it delivered to 2202B Dixon Street, Stevens Point, 54481
