Our story actually started twice. The first time was in 2019, when we were introduced through a mutual friend in college. Eva loves to remind David of this moment because despite being the first time we met, David has absolutely no memory of it. Luckily, fate decided to give him a second chance. Like many modern love stories ours really began with an Instagram DM. In January 2021, after asking one of Eva's sorority sisters if she was single, David decided to shoot his shot and sent her a message asking if her parents were fans of Formula V (because of song Eva Maria se fue) because of her name. It was a random opener, but somehow it worked because eventually in February 2021 they went on their first date at an ice skating rink. Over the next few months, after many hours of phone conversations and dinner dates, on May 2, 2021 we officially became a couple. Fast forward to April 2024, we went to a family wedding in Italy and afterwards took a trip France to see the palace of Versailles. While exploring the Palace of Versailles, David asked Eva the big question. In a moment that felt straight out of a fairytale, we got engaged and began planning our forever. Through every laugh, adventure, challenge, and milestone, we've built a relationship rooted in friendship, love, and always having fun together. We can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of our favorite people by our side.
