Obviously if you know Troy, the best place to catch him is on the basketball court. Demi had heard of Troy from her sister Stevanna saying "oh wow you have to meet him he's the funniest guy!" Well she finally had her chance. He was on the boys basketball team, and she was on the girls. This day they happened to be scrimmaging each other. Demi ended up on Troy's team and of course that was when the flirting started. Immediately they hit it off and became inseparable. Troy was not afraid to tell her that he was falling in love with her, but Demi was. This is because she knew this was the real thing. But.. that did not stop Troy he did not give up. Troy and Demi had this thing that even though they weren't together, they called each other "My Heart Forever." It was like their secret reassurance to each other that they would be there for them forever. It was like they secretly knew it was going to work out someday or another (even if they didn't admit it).

Fast forward a couple years, and here they are finally facing their feelings. Troy and Demi both had tried to move on from each other multiple times, but for some reason they just kept coming back to each other. Finally Demi gave in to go to prom with him, immediately they let their love fly. It was like they finally let the missing piece in their hearts be filled. Their first official date when they became boyfriend and girlfriend was on 6.2.12. They went to Oakwood Steakhouse and ordered the corn fritters (which he hates, but refuses to admit and still gets them every time we go). Finally he asked if she really wanted to be His one and only heart forever. Of course she said yes.

Fast forward again 5 years of dating! Demi was itching to marry Troy, and she knew he was feeling the same way. It was kind of like they knew it was coming, just didn't know when the right time would be. Turns out Troy figured out the perfect time! For their anniversaries, they like to get away just them two even if it's just for the day. They love to celebrate their love for each other. Well this anniversary Troy wanted to surprise Demi with a weekend get away and every detail was a secret. The morning of their anniversary Troy came over with two beautiful dresses and told her to choose for the dinner they had planned that night. Of course she chose the gorgeous yellow dress and it fit perfectly. He told her that she had to wear it the whole way to their destination. Turns out they were going to Clearwater. Half way there he looked at Demi and said "oh by the way Stevanna and Garrett are meeting us there because I got a deal if you bought two hotel rooms." (Demi's sister and sister's boyfriend). In all honesty she was a little mad. She wanted a weekend alone, ya know!? Well she obviously got over it when they got there because, well they are at the beach and who better to share that with than her best friends? When they checked into their hotel room in the lobby Troy said his stomach hurt, so he was going to use the downstairs bathroom. Obviously Garrett went with him and Stevanna took Demi upstairs to the bedrooms (nervously talking her head off, while Demi had no idea what was going on). They waited there until Garrett called Stevanna to have them meet them by the pool. Well, when Stevanna and Demi got by the pool they could see from the distance Troy and Garrett standing there on the long beach with Troys parents, Demi's parents, a secret photographer (thanks aunt kristi), two bouquets of sunflowers and a huge sign. When she got to him he got on one knee, said her full name and asked for HER HEART FOREVER! Now here they are! :)
