Our dress code is formal. Formal attire falls in-between black tie, and cocktail. It is also known as "black-tie optional". Please avoid wearing jeans, and open toed shoes. Ladies: Floor length gowns, or dressier cocktail dresses. Men: Suits or tuxes, or sports coats with slacks.
COLORS: Anything traditionally worn by the bride. White, cream, ivory, and champagne. Please also avoid wearing jeans, flip-flops, shorts, and yoga pants.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. We will have a selection of beer and wine, party accordingly!
As space is limited, we can only accommodate guests listed on your invitation. If you've been allotted a plus one, they should be included in your RSVP. Please understand that guests not listed in the RSVP won't have a seat reserved for them at our wedding.
The short answer: Sadly, no. The long answer: As much as we love your kiddos, due to limited space we are extending invitations only to the children of our bridal party and immediate family members. Parents of these children have already been informed, and their names will be listed on the RSVP. We appreciate your understanding, and we hope this creates an opportunity for some parents to enjoy a well-deserved mini vacation!
While we would love to invite everyone we know to our wedding, we are limited by budget constraints and space, and unfortunately cannot extend an invitation to everyone. We hope you understand and appreciate our situation.
Please make sure to RSVP by October 10th 2024
We kindly ask that you RSVP by the provided date to secure your seat at our wedding celebration! As we're organizing assigned seating and need to give our vendors exact numbers, late RSVPs may miss out on the fun. We can't wait to celebrate with you, so please RSVP on time!
We ask everyone to arrive to the ceremony 30 minutes prior to starting to ensure you are able to sit where you wish, and that you don't risk missing it.
We've planned our day on a tight schedule, so unfortunately, we can't delay start times for any reason. If you're running late to the ceremony, we won't be able to admit you. However, you're welcome to relax inside and join us for the cocktail hour once the ceremony concludes.
We're having an "unplugged" ceremony, kindly requesting that everyone keeps their phones tucked away in pockets or purses during the ceremony. We've hired a talented photographer to capture our special moments, and we want to ensure no one's cellphone obstructs those shots. After the ceremony, feel free to snap as many photos as you like, and we'll gladly share the professional ceremony photos once we receive them!
Parking at the hotel is limited, but there are plenty of public parking options in Jacksonville Beach, including street parking and lots, although some may require payment. If you're staying nearby, we highly recommend walking or using a ride-share service for convenience. Please see the "travel" section of this site for more information!
Absolutely! You can locate our registry by clicking on the "Registry" tab on our website. We kindly request that our friends and family adhere to our registry selections. If you don't find anything on the registry that suits you, please consider contributing to one of our cash funds instead. Having lived together for over four years, we've acquired many essentials and have carefully chosen items to upgrade or fulfill our current needs. We appreciate your understanding!
Absolutely. You will be able to let us know about any food allergies, restrictions, etc., when you RSVP!
