Yes! You're welcome to arrive early or stay beyond the official group block. Here is what you need to know: Additional nights are subject to availability. The resort may honor the group rate for extra nights before or after, depending on availability. It is best to request your FULL travel dates when you book to lock in pricing. You must still stay a MINIMUM of 3 nights total to receive the group perks!
The HRRM is an all-inclusive resort! Your booking includes: - Your choice of a King bed or 2 Double beds on the Heaven (Adults-only) side of the resort (based on group block and hotel availability) - All meals and drinks, including alcoholic beverages - 24 hour room service - Hotel taxes and gratuities
Yes! If you book through the group and stay at least 3 nights, your reservation includes roundtrip shared transportation between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and the hotel for 2 guests per room! Additional guests sharing a room must pay separately for transfers. Note: If you bring more than 1 checked bag and 1 personal item per person, a private transfer may be required at an extra cost!
Sooner rather than later! We have a limited number of rooms blocked, and once they are gone, they're gone! After 60 days before the wedding, any unbooked rooms will be released and the group perks no longer apply. Book early to lock in your spot and group rate!

Do not wait to book! Rooms and perks are first-come, first-served. Once we hit our limit or the 60 day mark, we cannot guarantee hotel availability or group pricing! Your U.S. Passport must be valid at the time of entry into Mexico and throughout your stay. Mexico does not require the 6 month validity rule. Please ensure that you have at least one blank page in your passport for entry stamps! We'll be sharing more formal details soon!
