The Franks

On May 5, 2022, we both boarded our flights to London, hoping for the summer of a lifetime. Little did we know we'd end up meeting the person we'd spend a lifetime with! Less than 48 hours after arriving abroad, a group from our program headed to a local pub called Flight Club, where we met for the very first time. From that night on, we were pretty much inseparable. The next eight weeks in London were filled with our first real date at Dishoom, weekly (and sometimes twice-weekly) picnic dates in the park, endless adventures around the city, and falling in love in one of the greatest cities in the world! When our program came to an end, saying goodbye was harder than either of us expected. Thankfully, that wasn't the end of our story— it was just the beginning! After saying goodbye in London, we officially started dating in August 2022. What followed were two years of long distance, countless trips between Jacksonville, Orlando, Gainesville, and Tallahassee, and enough UF vs. FSU rivalry jokes to last a lifetime before Morgan finally made the move to Jacksonville. Then, on April 11, 2026, in Jacksonville Beach, at the same place we had our first (U.S.) date, and after what Will would describe as a completely reasonable amount of patience (and Morgan would describe as years of waiting), Will finally popped the question! Neither of us expected a study abroad trip to change our lives the way it did, but we're so grateful it did. Thank you for being part of our story—we can't wait to celebrate with you!
