Question

Is this an adult only affair?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Question

What will happen if I do not RSVP?

Answer

You will not be included in our union. Please make sure to RSVP with your appropriate guest count and invited guest(s) names. Failing to do so will result in exclusion by the venue.

Can I substitute my plus 1 or guest, if the orginial attendee is not available?

Answer

We do apologize in advance, and appreciate your understanding that Andy & Francis had many friends and family to choose from. However, being that they selected those who hold a reserve in their lives; if your chosen invited guest is not available, then the seat will be given to an alternate guest selected by the bride and groom at their discretion.

What if I do not arrive on time?

Answer

The yacht will not wait for anyone. Please make sure to contact a wedding party member or the RSVP contact to make adjustments if needed. We kindly ask you to plan ahead and arrive 15-20 minutes prior to our scheduled departure. We cannot and will not wait for late guests.

Will the reception be on a yacht?

Answer

YES! We will leave the dock at exactly 5:00pm. The venue is on the water; meaning once you are boarded, we will set sail for the remainder of the evening.

What is an appropriate gift?

Answer

Any gift is greatly appreciated. Please keep in mind that the venue has restricted us on weight limitations. As we have been warned that some or all large gifts will be stored in vehicles until the end of the night.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, parking is provided in a nearby structure. Please bring cash in low bills to pay for parking at the end of the evening. As of now we have been told parking is an hourly charge per vehicle. If you plan on drinking, we encourage carpooling with a designated driver or having Uber/Lyft services on hand.

What if i'm not sure about something?

All questions, concerns, & suggestions; contact Victoria Romero at 424.224.1256 or Laura Atilano at 310.972.8412. We gently request that you give the bride & groom ample space to plan until the big day.

What happens if I am prone to getting seasick?

Answer

The yacht has ample space, and is not on rough waters. However we do suggest to purchase some Dramamine from your local drug store, this will ease the nausea. Some medication will be available the day of, but is limited.

What is the venue setting, and what should i consider in regards to the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony, dinner/reception will all take place on a sailing yacht. As soon as we depart the docking area, we will not return until the evening comes to an end. The venue is 3 levels high, and will consist of migrating from different floors in order to participate in the planned wedding activities. We do have elevator accessibility as well as different stair routes, but please consider that the venue is not in a one story setting.
