Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside but cocktail hour will be covered. The reception will take place indoors.
Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
We kindly ask our guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure everyone is able to park and get seated! Ceremony begins at 4 PM.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name (s) listed on your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
November 1, 2025 If you do not RSVP by 11/01, we will be unable to accommodate you at our wedding. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we cannot accept late RSVPs and we will mark any unanswered responses as "declined". If you still need to RSVP, you can do so by visiting the RSVP page before the deadline.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
No. We kindly request for all phones and cameras to remain silenced and put away until the ceremony concludes. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
YES! Beer, wine, 3 specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?
Answer
No. We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are NOT allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is Dressy/Smart Casual. Nice jeans are acceptable. We want you looking your best all while being comfortable! Please avoid wearing the colors: white, cream/ivory, and dark teal - as these are reserved for the wedding party. :)

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! We have been provided a link for guests to use from the Holiday Inn Express in Deland. You can see more information about the room blocks under the Travel tab!

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes! However, there are limited spots. It may be best to try to carpool with those you know!

Can I bring a guest / date?
Answer
Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, it will appear on your name when you RSVP to the website. Please be sure to list the name of the guest who will be joining you!

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
Yes, children are invited to the wedding. All children under your family will be listed on the RSVP form following your name!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
If you have dietary restrictions, there is a comment section on your RSVP form! If you've already submitted your RSVP form, please text or email us with any restrictions you have!
