When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 6/15/2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you! We would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by June 15, we are so sorry that you cannot make it! We will be sending our final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal, garden attire to our celebration. This includes flowy or cocktail dresses, suits, khakis, etc. It will be hot so feel free to remove jackets. We suggest no heels that would be difficult to walk in on soft grass. No jeans please! Let us know if you have any questions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely adore your littles -- however, due to limited venue capacity, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event. Your invite will explicitly state by name whom and how many seats are reserved in your family's honor. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun date night off!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. When you RSVP and type in your name, it will show you if you have a plus one! We want everyone to have a great time and share in the celebration, and will ensure that you are around familiar and friendly company.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 3:45 p.m. to allow ample time for parking, getting to the ceremony space, and getting seated. The ceremony will start at 4:00 p.m., so we can get to the fun stuff afterward!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue, however we always suggest carpooling! You will follow a gravel road when driving onto the property, and will park in the gravel or grassy space that you will reach at the end of the gravel road, past the large building that will be on your left.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Spirit Mountain Casino is just 4 miles away from our venue, and McMenamins Hotel Oregon in McMinville is a 25 min drive away. We will be out in wine country and not too far from the coast -- we highly recommend you take it all in over the weekend!
