What should I wear?
Answer
Wear whatever makes you feel fun and festive – black tie to blue jeans. But dancing shoes are mandatory. Suggested - Dressy casual. Men - nice pants and a button down shirt. Women - A cute outfit. Everyone - your dancing shoes!

There's a lot of street parking right by The Community House.

What's the best way to get there if we're not driving?
Answer
If you're taking public transportation, the nearest UP-North Line (Metra) train stop is the main Highland Park station, just a couple blocks away. Uber or Lyft are also convenient options.

We're coming from out of town. Where should we stay?
Answer
We're reserving a block of rooms at at the Marriott Courtyard, 1505 Lake Cook Road in Highland Park. 847-831-3338, option 1. We reserved a block of rooms at $104 for one king-size bed or $124 for two queens, both include breakfast. You must book by 5:00 on September 6 to get the discounted rate. Mention the "Fishman Party Room Block" when making the reservation. Another option is The Renaissance Hotel, 933 Skokie Blvd. in Northbrook. A nicer, costlier option. Will there be entertainment?
Answer
Yes! We've lined up a DJ to keep the dance floor hopping and of course we'll have some live acts as well. Like you could keep our friends off the stage!

What about food and drinks?

We're keeping this light, with burgers and dogs from Poochie’s, plenty to drink, and Kitty’s famously fabulous sweet table.

What COVID precautions will be in place?

We're committed to ensuring everyone's safety. We'll have plenty of hand sanitizers available, and masks are optional based on your comfort level. If you're feeling unwell, please consider staying home.
