The ceremony will be outdoors rain or shine, please dress accordingly. We will have umbrellas on hand in the event of showers, the average temperature for May in Squamish is in the mid to high teens (celcius).
The reception will be in a heated & covered tent.
No, the ceremony and reception will both be held at Sunwolf with a cocktail hour in between.
Formal attire. We would encourage everyone to wear black if possible, if not black earth tones would be preferred. For men: suit preferred, for women: Midi or Maxi dresses or pant suit. For footwear: the ground is uneven in all areas (gravel, grass, uneven dirt) please keep that in mind with footwear, not advised to wear stilettos or non block heels).
Please refrain from bringing a guest unless they have been formally invited by us. If you are unsure please contact us.

Prosecco and mimosas available at cocktail hour, wine service at dinner, followed by an open bar in the evening. Open bar will be capped to a limit, if limit is exceeded a cash bar will be implemented (we do not foresee this happening). No shots or doubles/triples will be allowed, one drink per guest at a time. Non alcoholic options will be available throughout the day.
Taxis and Ubers are available. We will not be doing a shuttle due to people staying at a variety of different hotels/ airbnbs. Free parking available onsite.
Free parking is available at the venue, no RVs or trailers permitted.
No pets will be permitted onsite unless we have spoken to you already, the hotel (Executive Suites) does allow pets please speak with them if you would like to arrange a pet friendly room.
We respectfully request that guests do not take photographs or videos, as professional photographs will be taken throughout the day. We are happy to share these photos with you all when we receive them. We will also have a photobooth during the reception for everyone to enjoy.

The RSVP deadline is April 1—but if you already know whether you’ll be attending, we’d love to hear from you sooner! The earlier we get your response, the better we can plan for our special day.
