The largest influence on the man I've become today, my father has definitely been my role model. The many lessons that I resisted as a teenager have proven invaluable as I've matured and taken on the responsibilities inherent with adulthood. My brothers and I don't need to look much further than his example to learn how to raise a family and be a great dad to our kids one day.

From sleeping on the ground to get me a Nintendo Wii for Christmas, to sitting in the NEPA elements to watch me warm the bench for the football team each week, my mom was always willing to go the extra mile to make her kids feel loved and cared for. She so often put all of our needs before her own to ensure we could pursue anything we wanted. I'm forever grateful to have always had her comfort, re-assurance and unwavering support in all areas of my life.

The youngest of the Donate's and one of my absolute favorite people of all time. There is truly no one like Olivia, and she is an endless supply of joy and laughter for me. The only person I know who is likely to wake up covered in whatever snack she went to bed eating. Lucky to be her sister, happy to call her a best friend, a partner in crime, a parked car duet partner, and a sharer of all the secrets. Don't ever change Liv, love you.

Whether it was wasting our lives playing World of Warcraft or working shifts at McDonald's/Eagle Lake together, Kevin and I never struggled to find something to laugh at in any situation we found ourselves in together. Kevin is an extremely selfless person who never hesitates to do whatever will make those around him happy. Similarly, Kevin never complained about driving me around to see Bre or take her on a date in high school-- which he did a ton.

Practically family, this gal has been with me through lots and lots of good times and bad, and no one has stuck by my side better. A true ride or die, its a bad week when we don't FaceTime. I am so extremely grateful to have had this one in my corner for close to 15 years! Most of my best teenage (and pre-teen) memories include Kara. Also much love to her (arguably nicer) other half Devin <3 Thankful to Judy and Tim for making me a part of their family always.

The oldest Rosentreter brother, Michael definitely led Kevin and I by example and majorly influenced our interests. It's not a stretch to say we wouldn't have been wrestling fans in our youth or grown to attend metal concerts together without his introduction to both. Having attended Temple University around the same time, we lived together and always had each others backs when things got a little too "Philly".

My brotha' from anotha' motha', "Forman" has always been my go-to guy for advice and friendship since the 8th grade. Jason has played an integral role on my interests over the years, having introduced me to philosophy and debate, which inspired me to join the Mock Trial team-- where I would go on to meet Bre. I can confidently say that I would not be the person I am today without his friendship and influence.

The inception of our friendship came about when I told Devon to start driving me to school since I didn't want to take the bus, to which he replied "Okay". From there, we've made countless memories together over the years on the bowling team and hanging around Philly. Whether it's a ride to school or backing me up when a homeless woman attacks us at 9 AM on a Tuesday, I can always count on Devon to have my back.

My roommate at Temple my sophomore year, Chad and I became good friends right off the bat. It did take him a while to learn to live alongside the standards I had for my living quarters in college-- which was little to none. No matter how lazy we got and how far we procrastinated our studies, we held each other accountable to do what we needed to, even if that meant all-nighters most of the time.

The memories! A lifelong friend who has seen me through so many of life's phases, someone so strong and worthy of ALL the praise. We were thick as thieves back then, taking Elmhurst by storm (missing those bike rides and organic peanut butter). There was something so amazing about being able to walk down the street and visit one of your best friends (who was also excellent at hair straightening thank you thank you)

My other roommate from my sophomore year at Temple, Shiv was always a part of our countless grueling all-nighters at the tech center, as well as the plentiful hours of playing PGA on Xbox and watching Family Feud every day (only if Steve Harvey was on, though). The three of us made some awesome memories high in the sky in Morgan Hall (20th floor facing Center City!)

Oh Kyle, where do we begin!!! This man is SO inspiring and puts so much heart into everything he does, including counseling us into how to have a successful, fulfilling, and lasting marriage. He and his wife Brenna are the definition of "good people" and the love they have for each other, their families, their friends, those they serve in the community, and God is so heartening and uplifting. Kyle is someone to look up to, and we can't wait to share our big day with him!
