Question

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

You will not need to wear a mask during the ceremony, as everyone will be seated 6ft apart. However, if wearing a mask would make you feel more safe and comfortable, absolutely do so! As for the cocktail hour and reception, standard restaurant rules apply. Whenever you are eating at a table you will not have to wear a mask. However, whenever you get up from the table to walk around (dance, get a drink, go to the bathroom, etc.) you will be required to wear a mask.

do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! Please see the Accommodations tab to view the two hotels we've secured discounts with. We highly recommend you book your room(s) before July 16th!

Where do I park?

Answer

If staying at the Appalachian Hotel, you will park in the hotel's underground parking garage. Staff will then lead you to the ceremony. If staying elsewhere, you will park in the Red Tail Lodge Parking lot. Signs will be present to guide you to and from there to the ceremony.

What's a gondola?

Answer

It's a walk-on lift to the top of the mountain! If you are fearful of the speed or simply just afraid of heights, the gondola can be brought to a stop for you and seating can be provided upon request. Flip flops will also be available for our ladies in heels!
