If your invitation includes an extra “guest” under your name when you rsvp, you are welcome to bring them. Otherwise, we kindly ask to keep our wedding an intimate celebration with close friends and family that are invited. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! A passport is required to enter the country. The Mexican government only requires that your passport be valid during the entirety of your trip. If you’re renewing your passport, please allow 7-10 weeks for processing. We recommend planning ahead to ensure everything is in order, as we would love for you to join us on our special day!
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us in beach formal attire! Ladies: Full length dresses Gentlemen: Suits (no tie required) & Closed-toed shoes
In order to ensure we are fully present, we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We kindly ask that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. However, once the ceremony ends feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like during cocktail hour and the reception.
Our ceremony will be at the Catholic Chapel in the Nizuc section of the Moon Palace Resort, with the reception nearby on an outdoor terrace. We will provide a shuttle from the Sunrise section of the Moon Palace, where our guests are staying, to the Nizuc section for the ceremony since it’s not within walking distance. This will help ensure everyone's arrival without getting lost.
Due to the secluded nature of the resort, we kindly require that all guests stay on-site to ensure everyone is together for the celebration. Unfortunately, there won’t be accommodations available elsewhere, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making this a memorable experience for all! However, if you are unable to stay at the resort, you will be required to enter via wedding pass that will fall under the guests responsibility to purchase. Please let Bride and Groom know if you will be purchasing a wedding pass.
Considering this is a destination wedding, we understand that not everyone may be able to attend. If you’re certain you can’t travel to Mexico, please let us know in the RSVP section as soon as possible or by April 2025.
We will be sending text messages regarding any wedding updates. If you have not yet provided us with your phone number, please let us know!
Children are warmly welcome at our destination wedding! They can stay at the resort free of charge and will enjoy plenty of fun activities and entertainment throughout their stay.
Since this is a destination wedding, your presence is much more meaningful to us! However, for friends and family who have expressed interest, we have provided a wedding registry at the bottom section of the page. This is completely optional but will be extremely grateful to be able to furnish and fill up our first home together!
Both, our ceremony will be held inside the chapel. Once our ceremony ends, we will be heading right outside the chapel for cocktail hour and back over to the Sunrise section for the reception.
