When should I RSVP by?

Answer

For those planning to attend wedding events in Mexico, please RSVP as soon as possible so we can get a provisional count. Once formal invitations goes out, the RSVP Due Date will be Sep 30 2023. ¿Cuándo debo confirmar mi asistencia? Para aquellos que planean asistir a eventos de bodas en México, favor de confirmar su asistencia lo antes posible para que podamos obtener un conteo provisional. Una vez que se envíen las invitaciones formales, la fecha de vencimiento de RSVP será el 30 de septiembre de 2023.

What happens if I don't rsvp in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, Sep 30, 2023, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. When do you need our flight info by?

Answer

In order to provide transportation from the airport to the hotel we will need your flight information by the January 15th. If you have rsvp'd yes and we haven't received your flight information by the 15th of January your RSVP will be marked as "No" and we will miss you celebrating with us. ¿Para cuándo necesita nuestra información de vuelo? Answer

Are kids welcome to the ceremony and reception?

We love your kids—we really do. Due to restrictions at our venue, children under the age of 13 are not able to attend. ¿Los niños son bienvenidos a la ceremonia y recepción? Is transportation to and from the airport to the hotel provided?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to the hotel from the airport, but not back. The hotel is able to call cabs and the cab ride should be anywhere from $20 USD to $50 USD depending on the size of the vehicle and travelers. Ubers are also available and cheap. Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party: Something Blue Ceremony: Yes. Garden / Cocktail Attire: Please wear bright colors, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and dress pants with a dress shirt. Females, please wear thick wedges and or sandals as the venue is all on grass. Please do not wear jeans, black clothing (this isn't a funeral), or white clothing (unless it's a man's shirt). ¿Hay un código de vestimenta? Fiesta de Bienvenida: Algo Azul Ceremonia: Si. If we wanted to stay earlier does the discount rate apply still?

Answer

Yes, the discount rate for the hotel applies for 7 days maximum, with the minimum amount of days being 4. Please contact holaweddings for any questions on booking. Do we have to stay at the hotel?

Answer

No, you are not required to stay at the hotel. If you do not stay at the hotel you will have to find your own car service to your hotel, the welcome party, the ceremony, and the boat. If you are not staying at the hotel and you'd like to attend events held at the hotel, the hotel will charge you $99 - $200 a person to enter the grounds for a day pass. ¿Tenemos que quedarnos en el hotel? Can I use my phone in Mexico?

Here are some Options: 1) Put your phone in airplane mode. You can access your camera or use it when connected to Wi-FI. If using this approach we suggest you download the WhatsApp onto your phone, you can make calls, video-calls and texts internationally via WI-FI at no charge. If you plan to use MAPs to navigate we suggest you get an international plan while traveling. 2) Get an international plan. Every phone carrier offers its customers international plans, which vary by day. Some plans already include Mexico travel already with roaming. Call your carrier ahead of your trip to find out more information and whats already included in your plan. ¿Puedo usar mi teléfono en México? While we can't predict the exact forecast for our special day, March is the best time to travel to Puerto Vallarta.
