Welcome Event

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Please join us for a welcome fiesta! The Shack is an outdoor bar with food, drinks, and games. Located in walking distance from The SpringHill Suites (2 blocks). Attire is very casual.

Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, or slacks. Button downs, no jacket or ties necessary.

We will have transportation provided from the SpringHill Suites starting at 5:45 pm, please meet in the lobby. It is less than a 5 minute drive, so the driver will be doing multiple drop offs. Return transportation to the hotel will start as early as 9pm and run until 11:00pm. Adults only.
