What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
You're welcome to arrive at 3:30 pm to enjoy a welcome beverage, mingle, and get settled. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly ask our guests to dress in wine country cocktail attire. Ladies, think cocktail, midi, or maxi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. Gentlemen, think suits or sport coats with dress pants and a button-up shirt. As our celebration will take place outdoors at a winery, we recommend bringing a light layer for the evening and choosing footwear accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one, kids, etc.?

We are so excited to celebrate this day with you and are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What does transportation and parking look like?
Answer
While we will not be providing shuttles, there is plenty of parking available at our venue! Ubers and Lyfts are also great options.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We highly recommend booking your overnight accommodations sooner rather than later, as October is peak wedding season in Sonoma County and availability may be limited. We have room blocks at two hotels: - El Pueblo Inn: We have a limited number of rooms reserved in a room block for October 8–10. Please use the code 2610LEEFER when booking. The room block expires on August 9. - The Jack London Lodge: We have a limited number of rooms reserved in a room block for October 8–10. Please call to make your reservation and let them know it’s for the Ferrick Wedding. The room block expires on July 10. In addition to our room blocks, there are several more hotels, Airbnb, and Vrbo options in the area.

Where is the closest airport?
Answer
For anyone flying in, the closest airport is Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport, approximately 25 miles away from our venue. Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport and San Francisco International Airport are also great options, both about 62 miles away.
