Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn, followed by a reception in a modern barn that typically remains about ten degrees cooler than the outdoor temperature. In addition to the celebration indoors, there will also be yard games and activities to enjoy outside. As the day may be quite warm, we kindly encourage guests to prepare accordingly for the weather.

Is there parking?

Answer

Whippoorwill Hill offers ample parking on-side, including numerous accessible spaces. For guests who may require assistance, a golf cart will be available to provide transportation to and from the venue with ease.

Will there be food?

Answer

Following the ceremony, guests are warmly invited to a cocktail hour while the wedding party and families take photographs. During this time, refreshments, lawn games, and a charcuterie display will be offered. A more formal dinner will be served during the reception, accompanied by drinks and desserts as we continue the celebration together.

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

We are delighted to welcome children to both our ceremony and reception when they are included on your RSVP. For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly ask that little ones remain under supervision throughout the celebration. During our first dance, the parent dances, and the speeches, we ask that children stay close to their families so these moments may be enjoyed without distraction. We are deeply grateful for the presence of the youngest members of our community and look forward to sharing this special day with them.

Answer

We kindly request that guests refrain from using phones, cameras, or recording devices during our ceremony. We have entrusted a photographer and videographer to capture these cherished moments, and it is our hope that our loved ones will be fully present with us. Following the ceremony, during the cocktail hour and reception, we warmly encourage you to take photos and create memories of your own.
