Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle bringing guests to the ceremony from Great Wolf Lodge + Water Park and Home2Suites . We will also have shuttles bringing guests back to both hotels and downtown Traverse City. *** SEE SCHEDULE BELOW *** If you're shuttling to BlueBridge, The Magic Shuttle Bus will be picking up at Great Wolf Lodge + Water Park from 4:00-4:10 PM and Home2Suites from 4:20-4:30 PM. You will arrive to BlueBridge at 4:45 PM. Shuttles will depart BlueBridge at 9:15 PM, 10:15 PM, and 11:15 PM to take any guests back to Great Wolf Lodge + Water Park and Home2Suites. At 11:15 PM only, multiple shuttles will also depart BlueBridge to take guests downtown and will drop off near North Bar. You can join the after party, more easily get Ubers / Lyfts, or walk back to Airbnbs once you're downtown. If you choose to join the after party and are staying at either hotel, we will have a shuttle departing downtown near North Bar at 1:00 AM to take anyone back to The Great Wolf Lodge + Water Park and Home2Suites as well.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! You can leave your car at the venue overnight as long as it is picked up by 12:00 PM the next day.

What do I wear?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail Attire. We want you to wear what you're confident and comfortable in... but dress to impress! Let's see your best looks in suits, dresses, jumpsuits, etc. - it isn't often we all get to dress up! Of note, both our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and reception will be indoors / outdoors. Even if it's a sunny and warm day, there will still be plenty of areas to seek shade if needed. Traverse City summers are often very warm during the day but can be chilly at night.

Can I bring a date?

Our venue has a strict guest limit. We ask that you only bring a plus one if indicated on your RSVP or discussed with us.

Answer

As much as we love kids, we are only able to accommodate kids of immediate family.
