Question

What COVID protocols and precautions are in place?

Answer

With the ever changing situation and while hoping for the best, we have plans in place for various restrictions. We ask that anyone who can get vaccinated before coming to please do so for the safety of all involved. Our ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors. Our reception space has both indoor and outdoor space with a removable wall. We will be providing masks, hand sanitizer, and grouping people by previous interactions (coworkers, households, etc.) Dinner will be served down a manned buffet line by table. You receiving an invitation is us being hopeful in being able to share our big day with you, we’d love to have you there! However we absolutely understand if you are not comfortable this year attending an event and will be offering a streaming component of the ceremony. If you believe you would be able to come (given proper restrictions in place at the time) please RSVP for catering purposes. All updates and changes will be posted on the homepage.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal (tuxedos not required) and wear your favorite jewel tones! This can be anything from deep reds, purples, or greens to light blues or yellows. If you can think of a gemstone in that color, wear it! We want our photos to be rich and full of color and fun. The ceremony WILL be on a grass lawn, so please don't feel required high heels (the bride won't be!) or be afraid to kick off your shoes to dance. The location IS on the water so you may want to bring a light jacket, however, it being July, if you are used to a breezy 70-80 degrees, you should be okay.

Is It An Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have local beer and wines as well as a customized cocktail menu. There will also be a variety of non-alcoholic drinks. If you'd like to bring cash to tip the bartenders, that is your preference.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As SOON as possible, but preferably by May 15th so we can confirm our menu choices and guest count. We understand with the current climate, this RSVP will most likely be a "given it is safe to do so".

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we love to have everyone celebrate with us, we are aiming for a smaller, intimate wedding. If we know you are in a relationship when we send out invites, we'll definitely include them! We will be 100% transparent in your invite if we can give you a plus one!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be a 21+ older event only and we ask no children attend. We can help arrange childcare if necessary.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! And it is free. If you are staying overnight, it is also including in the room rates.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please! When you RSVP, there will be options for this, but if we do not cover your requests, please reach out. Our event with be gluten free, vegan, and dairy free friendly for our friends and families and will also be buffet style so you can pick and choose to your desired plate.

Menu PART ONE

Answer

GF- Gluten Free, VG- Vegetarian, V- Vegan APPETIZERS: Heirloom Tomato Caprese Skewers with Buffalo Mozzerella and Rosemary Arancini with Smoked Gouda, White Cheddar, Pine Nuts, and Parmesan. Sweet & Spicy Smoked Candied Bacon Bites Mediterranean Platter: Roasted red pepper hummus, original hummus, olive tapenade, artichoke hearts, feta, selection of olives, roasted tomatoes and assorted fresh veggies, with flatbreads. DINNER: Salad- Local greens with housemade apple cider vinaigrette, pears, hazelnuts, dried cherries, heirloom tomatoes, and cucumbers. Bread Baskets- Seven grain bread, rosemary and olive bread, and brioche rolls SIDES- White wine roasted asparagus with mushrooms, rainbow carrots with lavender honey glaze, and rosemary fingerling potatoes. ENTREES: Blackened Rockfish, Wagyu Kobe Sirloins (with optional au jus, mushrooms, or cheddar ale sauce), or the vegan entree (Either veggie risotto or stuffed Portobello mushrooms, seasonal availability)

Made to Order Pasta Bar: 1) Gnocchi with pancetta, white wine, parmesan, and fresh sage cream sauce 2) Butternut squash ravioli (gluten free!) with pesto, parmesan, and fresh basil Dessert Bar: Tiny Bites! Dark Chocolate cake bites, coffee macarons, grand marnier eclairs, chocolate walnut stacks, raspberry passionfruit tartlet, chocolate pistachio gateau, assorted bite sized cheesecake. Late night Burger Bar (after 9pm)- Drive in style burgers! Vegan and Gluten free options available.
