Where is the wedding venue?

Answer

Our venue's address address is: 604 E Main Street Apopka, FL 32703 There will be free on-site parking once you arrive. You will then be directed into the building and to the back lawn where the ceremony will take place.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The doors will open at 5:00 P.M. Please arrive no later than 5:15 P.M. to avoid an accidental walk down the aisle.

What is the order of events?

Answer

Ceremony: 5:30 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Cocktail Hour: 6:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Reception: 7:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. Grand Exit: 10:00 P.M.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift! However, if you would like to give a gift, we would be grateful for any monetary donations in lieu of a physical gift. A card box will be available at the wedding reception, or you may contribute through the “Registry” tab on our website. Thank you!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is May 20, 2026 just to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. You can RSVP using the RSVP tab above.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending," but find that you will not make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We've arranged a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn, located right next door to the venue. For all the details - including rates, booking links, and location - check out the 'Travel & Accommodations' tab.

Will the celebration be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour and the reception to follow will be indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see you dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail (semi-formal) attire for our wedding! Remember that it will be the middle of June and the weather will most likely be hot and humid.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We are choosing to have an unplugged ceremony so that everyone can be fully present with us.

What will the weather be?

Answer

Florida is very unpredictable! Let's pray for perfect weather. However, please come prepared for temperatures ranging from a high of 91 and a possible low of 74 degrees.
