COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our guests are our top priority. We kindly ask that guests who have not been vaccinated ensure they get a negative test within the 5 days leading up to the wedding. Thank you for respecting our wishes and protecting all of our guests, especially those with compromised immune systems.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to provide ample time to find your seat. No one wants to be the guy that walks down the aisle right behind Grandma and Grandpa, right?

Will there be a meal alternative for my dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes, we want to make sure you get a meal that you will be able to enjoy! Please let Seth or Anne know directly if you would like to request a vegetarian meal or if you have any other dietary restrictions.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to limit the children at our wedding to those within our immediate families. We hope that you use our wedding as a chance for a parents' night out. If you need a babysitter to make that a reality, feel free to ask one of us and we'll give you a great reference.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the Woods venue for your use. You may also leave your car there overnight if needed but please arrange to have it picked up by 3pm the following day (8/13/2022)

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We will not have designated transport to and from the venue. Transport services (Uber, Lyft, etc) can be limited given the location of the venue. It may be best to book them prior to the night of the event to secure a driver or designate a driver within your own party. Please arrange transportation prior to the day of the event to ensure that everyone has a safe ride home at the end of the night.
