Please feel free to make personal accommodation arrangements with consideration of your own travel preferences. If you require assistance selecting a hotel, please reach out to us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. You may find it helpful to select accommodations that provides free shuttle transport to the Walt Disney World Resort. Please keep in mind that since 2022 is Disney's 50th Anniversary Celebration, it is best to make your travel plans as soon as possible to secure the best rate, before hotels begin to fill up. Shuttle

"Disney's Wedding Pavilion" is our primary pickup location to the wedding venue. Please arrange transportation to and from this location. Should you choose to rent a vehicle during your stay in Orlando, complementary parking at the Wedding Pavilion is available. Uber is also an available transportation option. Please arrive no later than 8:45 PM on February 21st to ensure that you are on time for the shuttle. Should you miss the shuttle, alternative transportation is NOT available. It is not possible to take alternative transportation to the wedding location. The shuttle will depart at 9:00 PM.
