Are kids welcome?

We want you to relax and enjoy this celebration with us, so we ask that you leave your little ones behind with a loved one.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a formal event. We ask that you dress your best. Ceremony and reception will take place on flat ground so heels are acceptable.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would like you to arrive at 3:50pm. This is gives plenty of time for traffic, parking, and making sure we have everyone for the ceremony starting at 4:00pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation to and from the event. We recommend coordinating with friends/ family to carpool together or caravan to and from the event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a valet who will be helping and directing where to park for this event once you arrive.

We will be staying at Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort. Feel free to book a place here through VRBO/ Airbnb or through the resort website. We would be thrilled to have you close by!

Driving across the border?

Answer

Be sure to purchase Mexican car insurance before driving a vehicle across the border. This ensures you are covered if anything were to happen.

Do I need a Passport or other form of ID?

Answer

Yes, a passport is required by all adults to travel. No other exceptions including a passport card.

What can I bring across the border?

Answer

It would be advised to not bring a surplus of food items (snack items okay). The border may search and seize items when crossing into Mexico.

Where can I buy groceries?

Answer

There is a Sams Club close by as well as new Walmart where any grocery/personal items may be purchased.
