IS THERE A DRESS CODE

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get fancy with us. Ladies, think floor-length, tea length or midi formal dresses. Stilettos heels are not recommended. Gentlemen, think suit & tie. We suggest linen material suits. We also ask that you refrain from wearing colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride, such as whites, creams and ivories. NO jeans or pattern clothing. We can’t wait to capture everlasting moments with each of you in your fabulous outfits.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space in the venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

As much as we love the kids, this will be an ADULTS-ONLY celebration (the only exception are the little ones in our bridal party/immediate family). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and ask that you make prior arrangements so you can escape and enjoy this day with us.

HAVE YOU RESERVED HOTEL ROOM BLOCKS?

For your convenience, we have arranged hotel accommodations at a special rate, with a minimum 3-night stay. Blocked rooms have been reserved under The Espino's Wedding. WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE AT THE SAME LOCATION?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at a private venue near our resort, The Fives Beach Hotel and Residence.

HOW DO WE GET THERE?

Answer

We will have transportation to and from The Fives Beach Resort and the Venue. We are currently working on a second pick-up location for guests that are not staying at the same Resort as the Bridal party. We encourage you to utilize it! The second location will be in Playa Del Carmen. We'll update you soon.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, please be advised that the bride, groom, and bridal party will be taking pictures around the venue. During that time, guests will be directed to the cocktail hour where you will be treated to hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

ARE PHOTOS & VIDEOS ALLOWED?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras). We would love for each of you to be fully present as we say our “I do’s.” We have hired professionals to capture our special moment for us. But after the ceremony, we would love to have as many photos and videos captured of our wedding day as possible, especially from our family and friends' points of view!

¿HAY UN CÓDIGO DE VESTIR?

Answer

Nos encantaría ver a nuestra familia y amigos disfrutar con nosotros. Señoras, piensen en vestidos formales hasta el suelo, hasta la rodilla o midi. No se recomiendan los tacones de aguja. Caballeros, piensen en traje y corbata. Sugerimos trajes de tela de lino. También le pedimos que se abstenga de usar colores que tradicionalmente están reservados para la novia, como blancos, cremas y marfiles. NO jeans o ropa estampada. Estamos ansiosos por capturar momentos eternos con cada uno de ustedes en sus fabulosos atuendos.

¿PUEDO TRAER UN INVITADO?

Answer

Debido al espacio limitado en el lugar, solo podemos acomodar a los invitados que están invitados formalmente. Si recibió más uno, aparecerán debajo de su nombre cuando confirme su asistencia.

¿ESTÁN INVITADOS LOS NIÑOS?

Answer

Por mucho que amemos a los niños, esta será una celebración SOLO PARA ADULTOS (la única excepción son los más pequeños de nuestra fiesta nupcial/familia inmediata). Las invitaciones serán específicas e incluirán los nombres de los niños invitados. Esperamos que lo entiendas y te pedimos que hagas arreglos previos para que puedas escaparte y disfrutar de este día con nosotros.

¿HA RESERVADO BLOQUES DE HABITACIONES DE HOTEL?

Para su comodidad, hemos organizado alojamiento en hoteles a una tarifa especial, con una estancia mínima de 3 noches. Se han reservado habitaciones bloqueadas en La boda de Espino. Sí, la ceremonia, la hora del cóctel y la recepción se llevarán a cabo en un lugar privado cerca de nuestro resort, The Fives Beach Hotel and Residence.

¿CÓMO LLEGAMOS A LA BODA?

Answer

Tendremos transporte hacia y desde The Fives Beach Resort al lugar. Actualmente estamos trabajando en un segundo lugar de recogida para los invitados que no se hospedan en el mismo Resort que la fiesta nupcial. ¡Te animamos a utilizarlo! La segunda ubicación será en Playa del Carmen. Te actualizaremos pronto.

¿QUÉ SUCEDE DESPUÉS DE LA CEREMONIA?

Answer

Después de la ceremonia, tenga en cuenta que la novia, el novio y el cortejo nupcial se tomarán fotografías en el lugar. Durante ese tiempo, los invitados serán dirigidos a la hora del cóctel donde se les invitará a aperitivos y bebidas.

¿ESTÁN PERMITIDAS LAS FOTOS Y LOS VIDEOS?

Tendremos una ceremonia "desconectada" (sin teléfonos ni cámaras). Nos encantaría que cada uno de ustedes estuviera completamente presente cuando decimos nuestro "Sí, acepto". Hemos contratado profesionales para capturar nuestro momento especial para nosotros. Pero después de la ceremonia, nos encantaría tener tantas fotos y videos capturados del día de nuestra boda como sea posible, ¡especialmente desde el punto de vista de nuestra familia y amigos!

¡Sí, las bebidas corren por nuestra cuenta y la cruda corre por tu cuenta! ¡Prepárate para celebrar!
