We’re getting married!

Thank you to online dating for making things easy by just requiring a right swipe. Taylor and Madison met through Hinge, the Match.com of this generation. They had their first date at Buffalo Wild Wings after about 3 cancellations on each other before finally meeting up. They sat in a booth for about 2 hours talking and laughing together before going on a drive around downtown Tacoma to explore and keep staying in each others company.

Madison ruined Taylor’s plans for their date night. He wanted to talk her to Pacific Grill, her favorite fancy restaurant. She said it was too expensive. So, they ended up at The Ram, a Washington founded Restaurant and Brewery. After dinner as they were walking to Taylor’s car he stopped Madison to kiss her and then asked her to be his girlfriend. From that day on, they were attached at the hip. Always together, never away from each other.

Taylor woke up early to sneak around the apartment to set up his plan. When Madison woke up he was already gone out of the house. All that has left was a hand written note that told her a few rules and a location to drive to. This was the beginning of a 2 1/2 hour scavenger hunt. Taylor sent Madison to all of the significant places to them. Their first apartment together, Madison's old apartment, Taylor’s old apartment, the Planet Fitness where he first said “ I Love You”, the BWW where their first date was, and then finally the Tacoma waterfront where he first asked her to be his girlfriend. He met her at her car with a dozen roses, and walked her over to the edge of the water where he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Oh.. and Bailey, their dog, was so excited that she decided to use the restroom right behind them as Madison was saying “Yes!!”.
