When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that everyone please RSVP by October 26.

Are there any COVID precautions for your event?

Answer

While we do not have any specific COVID precautions for our event, we kindly ask that if you are not feeling well, please stay home. You are welcome to wear a mask if that makes you most comfortable.

Answer

Yes, please check the "Travel" section of our website for hotel recommendations.

Is there parking at the Cedar Ridge?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking located next to the facility. However, it is the policy of Cedar Ridge that any cars left overnight will be towed at 9:30 AM the following day so that Cedar Ridge can resume normal business. If you need to leave your car at Cedar Ridge following the event, please make sure to move it by 9:30 AM on Sunday, November 25, 2022.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the reception venue?

Answer

Yes, we have arranged for transportation from The Hotel at Kirkwood Center to Cedar Ridge and back at the end of the evening.
