What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 3:00 pm so you can settle before the proceedings. Doors will open at 2:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual Attire, dress comfortably but still keep wedding appropriate.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will all be taking place outdoors; while the Reception will be taking place indoors. During Cocktail Hour; we will have drinks and a few snacks on a few different tables scattered around the outside venue.

How do I get to the Wedding Venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The Orchard Event Center 2505 CA-132, Vernalis, CA 95385 Both the Ceremony venue and Reception venue will be at the same location. We will not have any transportation services available.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking at the Ceremony/Reception location. Parking signs will be available.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

When you enter your name on the RSVP, you will see any additional children or guests we've included on your invitation. We are having a kid-friendly wedding.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have beer and wine at the Reception Venue. We will not have any hard liquor.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

There will be an option under your RSVP invite for you to fill out.
