How do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs will be handled digitally and can be done right here on our website! We will include a QR code in your formal invitations that will get you directly to our RSVP page, or feel free to use this link https://www.zola.com/wedding/thedyerssayido/rsvp

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm; therefore, we ask that you arrive at 4:30 so you have time to be seated!

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

We are requesting semi-formal/cocktail attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors with air conditioning.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

All those listed on your formal invitation are welcome to attend our wedding. Sadly, if you did not receive a 'plus one' with your invite, we ask you do not bring a guest.

I have dietary restrictions, what's the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and your meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to treat all our guests to an open bar and a delicious meal on our wedding day.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we'd like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage you to capture as many moments from our special day as you would like! In addition, please feel free to share your photos and videos via text message to the bride and groom so we have plenty of memories to look through while we wait for our professional photos to arrive!

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures for approximately an hour. A cocktail hour will be held on the fourth floor of The High Five GR. Guests are free to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. The reception will follow on the fifth floor at 7:00 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The reception and the ceremony will both take place at the High Five GR! There is street parking and as well as a lot located right next to the venue. For more specific directions and information on transportation, please view the accommodations and travel tab on our website! We encourage using a ride share service such as Uber or Lyft if you would like to enjoy cocktails with us!

Answer

We are registered at a few places. You can find the details on our registry page. You can also purchase directly from our website!

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony and reception are located on the fourth and fifth floors of The High Five GR. Elevators will be available to all guests.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor

Answer

The ceremony cocktail hour, and reception will take place inside. The entire event will be air-conditioned.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so we can plan accordingly.
