We don't know yet! Our official tasting is not until January. However - its American Bistro with a seasonal menu. We do solemnly promise we won't go *too* experimental!

Wax and Wayne! Technically it is Waxcilliana JJ and Wayne Atreides JJ. Wayne got his middle name after we saw the new Dune series and Giovanny was feeling particularly inspired. Wayne hasn't grown into the name yet. Wax absolutely has.

Gio's Answer: I would go with a team inspired by environmentalism. I *have* to go with Floragato for the self-insert grass yoyoing cat. I will forever spread the gospel of Alolan Muk whose pokedex entry details his role in caring for the environment by eating garbage. Gastrodon's regeneration and malleability are representative of the Indomitable Human Spirit in addition to being symbolic of the ocean. For the wind, I choose Gliscor and Flygon. Gliscor is entirely energy efficient - able to circle the globe without flapping its wings. Flygon is known as the Desert Spirit and 3rd gen pkmn taught us that *someone's* gotta advocate for uhh rocks. And finally, Alolan Marowak for inheriting the righteous spirit of conservationist the world over and in memory of those struggling through the consequences of climate change. Chanelle's Answer: First of all. How am I to follow that?? *cough* Anyways - My gym is a bakery. Here are the ingredients. Hisuian Typholsion (cause he's lil chiller that his Johtonian kin) - if you know me Typholsion is my NUMBER ONE LOVE. Pkmn Silver was my first handheld game - basically imprinted on my young soul. And the first part to any good bake is a source of heat. Next up Milotic, absolutely gorgeous water type, strong and a bit tanky, and any good bake needs good hydrated batter. To continue on flour/seeds my speedy lil Jumpfluff ,who can ALSO circumnavigate the world. (It gets extra points cause our hair matches! )To zhuzh our bake is Appletun, a little sweet, maybe tart but all power. Our bake is done! Whose to cut it? Garchomp, deft with a blade. And finally to serve all our hard work with a smile, who else but sweet precious Sunflora! ( is that a Hypno in the back? Making sure your ready to buy more treats???)
