Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. This may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, or a floor length or midi length dress. Please no jeans or sneakers! Keep in mind Florida in February may be chilly in the evening. The ceremony will be outdoors.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. We encourage guests to arrive at 5:00 pm to enjoy tray passed sparkling wine and catch up with friends and family before the ceremony starts! This will also provide adequate time to enter the hotel and find the garden terrace where the ceremony will be held.

How do I get to the Garden Terrace?
Answer
The garden terrace is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Enter the elevators through the hallway next to the concierge desk. When you arrive at the 3rd floor, exit left out of the elevator to find the garden terrace.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as you know you will be in attendance! We are delighted to invite you to join us on our special day. Please RSVP no later than January 30, 2026. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on you invitation. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you put your phones away and on silent during the ceremony. We will have a photographer to capture the day and will share these photos with you!

What if I can't make it?

We will miss you, but understand! Please let Adam and Taylor know as soon as possible if you will not be in attendance.

Where do I park?
Answer
Most accommodations are within walking distance of the hotel. You can take the TECO street car for free if you're staying in a hotel on Channelside Drive. If you drive to our venue, you can park in the paid lot adjacent to The Edition on S Nebraska Avenue. There is also paid street parking in front of the Edition. You must download the Park Mobile app on your phone to pay for street parking and the parking lot. The Edition does offer valet parking for the duration of the wedding at $15 per vehicle.
