Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space at our venue we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please make sure you RSVP "yes" or "no" by July 14th, 2026. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it please make sure to RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors. Please do this before July 14th, 2026 when RSVP are due.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Absolutely! We want you to have a fun and safe night at our wedding. If you need to leave your car overnight in the parking lot please do, but plan accordingly to pick up your vehicle before 10:00 AM the next day.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a cocktail attire dress code for the evening. Cocktail attire: a balance between elegant, comfortable, fancy, and pared-black.

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with a list of hotels near the venue that you may book for the night. This will be located under the "Travel" tab with links and a discount code provided. Please refer to this link for hotel availability.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts!

Where will the ceremony and recpetion take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the The Harper Event Venue. The ceremony will be outside. The cocktail hour will be inside and outside. The reception will be inside.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! You may opt to bring cash to tip our bartenders.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The venue is about 10 minutes away from both hotels listed under the "Travel" tab. A shuttle will be available for those who opt to use those services.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

No need to worry, dietary restrictions can be listed when you RSVP. We chose plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian options for guests.
