When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are kindly asking that kids outside of our immediate family do not attend. Plan for a babysitter, and take the night off! It's New Year's Eve :)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our menu does include dairy and gluten items. If you have a specific food allergy, please let us know via email, or when you RSVP! We will do our very best to accommodate all of our guests, but please be mindful that some requests may not be made possible by our caterer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is lots of parking available at our venue. If you plan to drive home, please make sure to have a designated driver. We highly recommend Uber/Lyft if need be, as cars can be left at the venue over night. We are also working on transportation to and from The Grand Hotel

It's going to be New Years Eve. Will the reception go until midnight?

Answer

HECK. YES. What's the point of a New Year's Eve wedding if you can't celebrate the new year with all of your favorite people?! The reception will conclude around 12:30am, but that doesn't mean your party has to stop!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code for our wedding. But, it is New Years Eve.... just sayin'. Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but will we have a cocktail hour out on the covered patio. Heaters and fireplaces will be provided but it will be December in Oregon, so please bring a jacket!
