Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please dress in cocktail attire. Guests should avoid denim, sneakers, and casual tops. The ceremony location requires walking outdoors on grass or rock paths, so please be mindful of shoe wear.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space and to allow parents to celebrate with us, we ask that you respect our wishes to have an adults only night. We hope you will respect our decision to make our wedding child-free.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to be seated by 4:15. The ceremony will start at 4:30.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoor weather permitting. Cocktail hour will take place outdoors under an overhang and the reception will be indoors.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests will stay at the venue to enjoy the cocktail hour and can access both the indoor and outdoor areas of Swan Lake Event Center. The patio bar will be open and there will be hors d'oeuvres. The bride and groom will join shortly after to greet guests. Following cocktail hour, a buffet style dinner will be served in the indoor reception area. Once dinner wraps up, the party will continue with an open bar and dancing!

Can I leave my vehicle overnight?

Answer

Yes! You can leave your vehicle overnight and pick it up on Sunday by 11am.

While not expected, if you wish to bring a gift you can find more information on the registry tab. We are registered at Crate & Barrel and Amazon.
