Question

Will there be dinner?

Answer

While there will not be a formal seated dinner, there will be plenty of food and there is no need to eat before!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Black tie optional. Military members are welcome to wear uniforms; the groom and groomsmen will wear Marine Blue-White Dress “B” (white trousers) with Sam Browne belts. You are welcome to change into a tuxedo or suit for the reception (the groom will be doing so).

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will not be transportation from the hotel to the ceremony, but there will be transportation provided from the ceremony to the reception and from the reception back to the NOPSI Hotel. We suggest using Lyft or Uber to travel to the ceremony! The streetcar is prone to delays and can take a long time, particularly during high traffic times like a Saturday evening.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Zola, Judy at the Rink, Friend and Company, and Crate & Barrel. All three registries are linked in the ‘Registry’ tab on our website. If you would like to purchase a physical gift, anything with the option “Buy on Crate & Barrel” is able to be purchased at the store.
