If you have a few hours to kill, this is allegedly the best brisket in the world. (Note: you will be waiting hours, and they do sell out so get there early!)

If you have a bit less time to wait around, Terry Black's is amazing as well. Plus, it is right next to Barton Springs Pool/Zilker.
