Hello! I'm Vashani's honorary son but better known as Zariah's (her daughter) boyfriend. I met Brandon at a family dinner that took place at my home when Vashani brought him over to meet the family. He passed the test when Grandma asked him to taste her carrot cake after stating he don't eat carrot cake, but we knew for sure she got the green light when the was the conversation went from carrot cake to ministry lol... We were all happy that she finally met someone that would take care of her and the boys. I am honored to be a part of this occasion!

I met this beauty while attending church. I joined the Dance Ministry & the rest is history! Eventually our friendship developed into a sisterhood, always being able to confide in one another, without judgement. I am grateful that God placed her in my life and I’m honored to be able to stand beside her through this journey. Some use the term “best friend” rather loosely, but the relationship that we share, epitomizes the term. We genuinely have each other’s “best” interest at heart, bringing out the “best” in each other, even in the worst situations. We discovered that the “best” form of love & support is a listening ear, that is willing to tell one another the truth, no matter what. My best friend has decided to share her life and love with Brandon Dorris, and I’m here for it!!

Hello! I am Vashani's baby brother and met Brandon at her home when she invited me over and introduced us. We hit it off immediately when we started talking about stocks and investments. I was intrigued at his extensive knowledge and I in turn got to show off my musically inclined ear, with some past and present projects. I'm happy that my sister is no longer a single mom, although she has done a great job thus far, there are certain things my nephews need to learn in life and those life lessons can only come from a man. I love the way he treats her children as his very own, that in itself is a rare find. Elated to be a part of this celebration!

I initially met Vashani when my daughter and I danced in her dance explosion back in 2018. I met her again at a mutual friends home for dinner and for a while, she knew that my face was familiar but she didn’t remember from where until I told her. What I love about Vashani is her realness all the time, which isn’t common to find in people. Despite her own busy life, she will text me randomly just to check on me and sometimes, it’s perfect timing. A funny memory we share was on our first girls trip where we established you just gotta put your teeth on the table (*innie*)

I met Brandon at a cheerleading competition, where both our daughters attended. He began talking about God and his church (which grabbed my attention) A couple weeks later at our daughters cheerleading banquet, we would meet again. Out of all the people there, we were assigned the same table. I knew then that God meant to cross our paths!  From then on our love for God and passion for our family has kept us close! Brothers for life! P.S I’m the better dresser (he’ll never admit it lol)

Vashani & I met a few years ago at church. Her bold personality and feisty attitude caused me to keep my distance, until one day God told me to call her for prayer when I needed it most, I then realized she wasn't so scary, but a warrior in the spirit! God allowed her to see me, for me & for that I'm forever grateful. We developed a sisterhood/friendship, that's why she's my SisterFriend!! Always there for me to laugh & cry with & cry some more lol. She's poured into me more times than I can count, & I'm honored that she has allowed me to pour back. What can I say about the Dorris'? I met Vashani years ago when my boys & Cari were just toddlers. She would always offer to watch my boys. One day my wife & I were burned out & needed a break and took her up on her offer. That was the beginning of our friendship. The next several years we worked together in ministry until Brandon came into the picture and changed everything for everyone, Brandon & I became really good friends & then he became my Apostle & Pastor. I can honestly say I'm so glad he came along. He was very instrumental in the spiritual growth & development of myself and many others. I am so happy that they found each other & I'm glad that they are both in my life. It is an honor to call them my Pastor & First Lady. I love them and they are family to me. Congrats you guys!

I met V many many years ago, we both attended the same church and was introduced by one of the church members. From that moment she and I just clicked, we understood each other and I found her "bluntness" refreshing, but most of all I saw how great of a person she was. V and I last touch for a short period of time, but when we reconnected it was like we never stopped talking at all, as of a matter of fact our friendship is even better and stronger. I joke often and tell V she is blessed to have me in her life, but I can truly say I'm equally blessed!

I met Savitri aka Beautiful VV at church, she didn't look approachable but I would still speak. Eventually I found myself working very closely with her after joining UOP. She had this one friend that I thought I was going to have to put my hands on, because she is a diehard friend and I'll go to bat for her. Over time she and I have become the best of friends because she gets me & I get her. God knew what he was doing when he placed us in each other’s lives & I'm so grateful for our friendship/sisterhood. I first met Brandon when I attended an ordination service for my cousin, Rodney. My wife and I were a little late getting there so we hadn’t met him yet and he had no idea who we were. Well, half way through the service he stopped and called us out and started prophesying. When I tell you the man was all in our business…I mean just that! From our children (who weren’t even there) to the issues we were having with one of our vehicles, he just began speaking life into our situation. By the time he finished, I was a WRECK…and I’m pretty sure my wife was on the floor! LOL..We’ve been brothers ever since! He is, hands down, one of the most generous and hilariously straightforward people I’ve ever met and I’m so grateful for this divine connection!

They were both new to the school, excited to have similar names and hit it off very well. I ended up moving to AZ once I got married but we kept in touch with each other & almost 2 yrs after I moved she called me up & said she moved to AZ & was 8 mos pregnant with Zacari & the rest is history! From ladies game nights, holiday parties & family dinners to supporting my son at football games, supporting her at church events & catching up whenever we can our friendship has blossomed!

I was in my nana's wedding a few months ago and I was able to show off my flower throwing skills, In Miss Vashani's wedding I am one of three adorable flower girls! I have been given this important job alongside Gianna and Jazlyn and for sure we will get the job done with style and grace! I am excited to be doing this!
