Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those included in our guest list. If you have been allotted a plus one, the option will appear when completing the RSVP form. We appreciate your understanding and are very excited to celebrate with you!
Children are welcome to join us for the ceremony & dinner! Please note that as the night goes on, the dance floor will feature some adult-friendly music and there will be alcohol served. Just something to keep in mind for little ears and early bedtimes!
Our outdoor garden ceremony will promptly begin at 5:30pm so we kindly request guests plan to arrive between 5:00pm-5:15pm to allow time to find your seat, get settled, and enjoy the beautiful live harp music before the ceremony begins. Please Note: Anyone arriving after 5:25pm will not be able to enter the ceremony and will be asked to wait and join us later at cocktail hour, so we can preserve the flow of the ceremony without interruptions. Thank you for understanding and helping us start our special day smoothly!
We’ve reserved a hotel block that is 10 minutes away from Mesón Sabika with special rates for our guests. Please book by August 28, 2026 to receive the discount. Full details and the booking link can be found under the Hotel tab.
We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is garden party formal since our theme is classic, garden, whimsical vibes. Check out our dress code page for more details!
We kindly ask that you avoid the colors reserved for the bride - white (white dress shirts are fine), and for our bridal party - browns/beiges.

There will be plenty on-site parking.
Yes! Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight at our venue so everyone can celebrate safely and comfortable. We kindly ask that all cars be picked up by 12PM the next day.
The 2 rows in the front at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. For our reception, there will be designated seating for the reception and will have a seating chart up on the big day to direct you to your seat!
The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place indoors. FYI, our ceremony will take place in a grassy area-so we recommend shoes that are lawn friendly.
Our ceremony will be "unplugged" to ensure our photographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away and silenced until after the ceremony. Feel free to take as many photos after the ceremony! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
We will be making our exit at 12:00AM and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.
