Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by September 7, 2024. If you cannot attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity! Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP after October 7, 2024. You will be dearly missed, but we need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. When you go to RSVP through our RSVP tab, you will be able to see the exact number of guests you can RSVP for. Don't worry - we will do our best to ensure you are around familiar and friendly company!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love and treasure your children, this is an adult-only celebration and we are unable to accommodate children due to venue restrictions. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and young teens. We encourage our guests to use this evening as a fun date night, but we also understand that parents are going to make the best decision for their family and we fully support that!

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, but the reception itself will be in an air-conditioned room with easy access to the outdoor cocktail area. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at a singular venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear something that makes you feel awesome! The dress code is semiformal evening wear - this means cocktail dresses and suits. No jeans, flip flops, or white outfits please :) Additionally, the cocktail and ceremony area are composed of gravel and mulch, so re-think stilettos! Prepare for weather of about 79 during the day and 70 after sunset.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:30 PM is our start time for the ceremony, so please plan to arrive at 4 PM so you can valet (free), mingle, and find a seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM and the doors will be closed. You will be unable to attend the actual ceremony due to the way the ceremony space is structured. This will be strictly enforced. Please hang tight in our cocktail hour space and get the party started for us!

Is there airport transportation or transportation to the wedding venue?

Answer

At this moment, we do not have airport or venue transportation arranged and guests will be responsible for getting themselves around the area. If complimentary transportation does become available, all guests will be notified via e-mail or text with further details.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there will be complimentary valet parking for all guests and vendors.
